Tasmania Trip

16th - 21st December 2010
(Thursday - Tuesday)

my family & relative, 19 of us plan for a vocation to Tasmania & Melbourne.

from the night of 15th 11pm flight...reach Melbourne airport was Aus time 10am plus

the 1st meal we have in the airport was Nandol's

while waiting for the next flight to Tasmania,
called up pur cousin Kai Sheng to pick me, her mum & one aunty to DFO factory outlet to grab Ralph Lauren Polo Tee

yea... we manage to grab atleast 20pcs btw half an hour
and rush back to the airport for next flight ...

Jet Star to Tasmania took us about an hour

the weather is nice ... with rainbow!!! and been saw lots of rainbow in Tasmania~ nice one!

rent 3 MPV cars and we start our journey!!!

dinner at Ming Court @ Sandy Bay street

after meal we check in to our apartment

3 unit, each unit have 2 bed room for 6pax .. huge & nice

ãfter that all of us went to Coles market near by to grab our breakfast & have a great grocery shopping

next day early morning,

we have our helathy breakfast with egg, toast & milk

and we start our tri in Tasmaia!!!

1st destination was Apple & Herritage Museum

2nd destination - Huon Valley Mushroom Farm

3rd destination - Home Hill vineyard

bought a bottle of white wine

4th destination, Tru-Blu Berries Farm

with the frozen berries

5th destination, Grandvewe Sheep Cheese Farm

different type of cheese

6th destination - Live Crays (Lobster)

we bought 13 live crays...it is cheap & fresh compare to M'sia.

and have oyster from uncle having inside the car~

sweet & fresh

Coastal Waters Seafoods for Abalone

fresh & live Abalone...green abalone!

and we bought another 13pcs again!

7th destination - Brookfield Vineyard

try their local ice-cream

and taste a bottle of wine

last destination of the day - Margate Train

and we go back hotel, those aunties started to prepared our luxury dinner with abalone & lobster

we have 2 session of dinner

1st dinner was rice / mee hun with lobster & abalone soup

2nd diner was bbq session

Saturday

have the same breakfast just add on with ham

& indo mee

1st destination - Salamanca Market

I bought a hairy band ... interesting & rock!!

after market we went to Sorell Fruits Farm

to pick fruits

yeah~Cherries, Berries & stawberry

we hvae lots of fruits...

have a fast food @ KFC as our lunch

and we heading to Dunalley Fish Marketbefore it close at 4pm

we bought soem fish & try their oyster again!!

I think I've been eating lots of oyster in my life time was at Tas.
their oyster Im in love with it,

because it is fresh & sweet

Tasmania was a beautiful place ... while on the way back to Hobart city ...

took few nice scenery pictures.

after dinner

and a triing trip for the day ...

(sunday)

woke up at 5am in the morning

due to we did not have booking for a cruise adventure trip

so we get to their service office early in the morning to wait for hope!

early morning at 7am

waiting the office to open at 8am

the weather was cold at 10celsius
and we are lucky ... 19 of us get to have a trip for Bruny Island
adults was AUD196 and children was about AUD130

with Peppermint Bay II Cruise ... awesome

reach bruny island after an hour cruise ride

and we pass by lots of farm get to another speed boat to start our adventure in Bruny Island
was really a speedboat that very excited & because the wave is too strong

few of us sea sick while riding this!!!

and I'm included as well~

quite suffer ><

have saw lots of Seal
after suffer from the sea sick

we finally have our meal include on the tour package

with white or red wine served

after meal,

me & sisters & those young cousin enjoy outside the field

we did taste their cheese as well ... smell good & taste good

and also white & dakr chocolate they served as dessert

have a group picture before back to Hobart &

with a full stop on Bruny Island Trip

Cadbury Chocolate Factory!!!!!!

after chocolate factory with lots of chocolate taste

we went to Bonorong Wildlife Park

finally I get to touch & feed Kangaroos

wombat

Tasmanian Devil

and Koala Bear ;)))

3rd destination of the day

was have a tour to Cascade Brewery Factory

each of us get to free two drinks (juice, cider or beer)

after whole day trip

we have our dinner near by out apartment

Oriental Hong Kong Restuarant @ Sandy Bay Street

and I have fever on that night

and I go to bed very ealry at 8pm on the night ;p

we went to Tas Live Abalone to buy abalone back to M'sia

choosing Green/Blakc Abalone

after Abalone

we went to Barilla Bay Osyter Farm

yeah~~~oyster again...

fresh & sweet one!!!

yummy yummy~

Ill always miss the oyster over there

~they have oyster stout as well!!! cool~

and Sayonara Tasmania in the afternoon.

In love with the fresh seafood in Tasmania, and the fresh air, beautiful & awesome scenery & natural~~

great Tas trip we have experience!
